Bank & Secure
The buyer opens the LC off the Kupros template — MT700, 90/10 split drawings, load and discharge certification, UCP 600. LC number, issuance, advice and amendments are tracked. Deadlines derive straight from it: LC expiry, 21-day presentation window, second drawing.

Ship & Inspect
Freight quotes are bounded by the LC dates. Acceptance fixes the vessel, laytime and demurrage. Kupros books the SGS inspection — load and discharge — after both parties approve the plan. IN_TRANSIT requires an approved original bill of lading.

Settle & Close
The banks execute the LC directly — Kupros never holds funds. The platform fee chain clears before shipment. Buyer confirms receipt, the discharge certificate gates release, and the track record is recomputed for both companies.
